Practical counsel for student affairs leaders

Dr. Jason Lindo is a higher education leader, strategist, and consultant with more than a decade of experience in student affairs, student conduct, global ed, institutional policy, curriculum design, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as Director of Student Rights & Responsibilities at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he leads the university’s student conduct function and advances educational, equitable, and student-centered approaches to accountability. Previously, Dr. Lindo spent more than a decade at Minerva University, most recently as Associate Dean of Student Development & Global Learning. He led student experience and operations across six international locations, supporting a globally diverse student body and overseeing student conduct, crisis response, behavioral intervention, policy, student engagement, & cross-functional support. A scholar-practitioner with an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, his work bridges strategy, policy, & student development.
